How to delete your account
If you can log in — delete instantly
- Log in to the FLAPS app or website.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm, and all your account data is permanently deleted immediately.
If you can't log in — request deletion
- Enter your account's email address in the form below.
- Click "Submit deletion request".
- Our team will verify your account and delete it within 5 business days, then send a confirmation email.
What's deleted vs. retained
Deleted immediately
- Account info (name, email, profile picture)
- Chat and learning history, learning progress
- Notification settings and push tokens
- Subscription and usage data
- Login sessions
Retained
Anonymised aggregate statistics
Kept indefinitely for product improvement; not tied to your identity
Payment / transaction records
Retained up to 5 years for tax and legal compliance (processed by Stripe/Apple/Google)
Re-registration cooldown email
Kept for 3 days only, to prevent abuse, then automatically purged
Deletion request record
Kept for 30 days after processing as proof of handling, then automatically purged
